We offer same-week service within a 10 mile radius around Bartlesville with no travel fee.

Orders can be placed here, and should be submitted at least 24 hours before the desired shoot time.

To meet our 48 hour turnaround promise, orders must be placed Monday-Wednesday for same-week delivery. Orders placed Thursday-Saturday will be delivered Monday morning.

We ask that cancellations and re-scheduling be done at least 24 hours in advance, as we currently do this part time and make arrangements per job.

Agents/owners should have the property prepared how they’d like it to be photographed (cleaned & staged) before the appointment time, including any needed repairs, exterior landscaping, or current owner possessions being stored.

Reshoot requests due to the property not being photo ready before the scheduled time will not be met.

We give our best effort to aesthetically show properties at a high value. That being said, we capture what is seen. Please see pre-shoot instructions above.

If a property is not ready at the originally scheduled time, rescheduling should be requested 24 hours in advance.

Reshooting applies to listing photos only. Other services require a new order to be submitted.

If inclement weather prohibits the highest quality media being made, a reshoot of the property will be scheduled at the earliest possible time.

Media is delivered within 48 hours after the shoot date.

Extenuating circumstances may occur, requiring additional time so that the highest quality product can be provided.

For appointments outside of our normal service area (10 mile radius from Bartlesville), a fee of .50 per mile round trip will be charged.

Money can cause tension, and waiting extended periods of time for invoices to be paid is no fun. So, payment is due at the time of placing an order to help us prioritize the fast pace of listings and provide the best possible results.

Any media produced by JPProductions for an agent or team may be used by that agent or team for any marketing and campaigns directly associated with the property and for the agent’s self-promotion.

Please note however, that all media is owned and copyrighted by JPProductions, and licensed only to the agent and not to any third parties.

Therefore, JPProductions has the right to use and reuse any material created by the team for the promotion of the business. The client accepts no monetary gain from this use. The client may use the media, but transfer or selling of any media is prohibited. Any usage of the media by a third party, including builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved and licensed in writing by JPProductions.

The client acknowledges that upon hiring JPProductions, they have read and fully agree to all terms and conditions above.
